The Art of Release is a transendental breathwork journey where you are invited to safely explore, feel, and release what you’ve been carrying.

This experience is about surrendering control, leaning into discomfort with compassion, and allowing your body to do what it’s designed to do—release.

Through guided breathwork, music, and intentional space-holding, you may experience emotional release, deep relaxation, or a sense of clarity and renewal.

This is your space to let go… and come home to yourself.

Contraindications Include:

• Severe heart issues or pacemaker
• Seizures or epilepsy
• Detached Retina
• Glaucoma
• History of Aneurysms in Immediate Family
• Severely prone to fainting or passing out
• Use of Prescription Blood Thinners such as Coumadin
• Severely low, high, or uncontrolled blood pressure
• History of Severe Panic Attacks
• Psychosis, fragile psyche, or schizophrenia
• Pregnancy
• Strokes, TIAs, seizures, or other brain/neurological conditions or disease
• Uncontrolled bipolar disorder
• Osteoporosis whereby intense movement could cause physical issues
• Severe (Level 3) Trauma, unless you are qualified to work with severe trauma patients.
