Each session begins with grounding breathwork to set intentions and ease the nervous system. Guests are then guided through a slow, fluid yoga flow designed to release tension, cultivate ease, and encourage deep presence. Throughout the practice, the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls create a tranquil atmosphere, supporting balance and inner harmony.
The final 15 minutes are devoted to complete rest, allowing you to fully relax and absorb the healing vibrations of sound. Luxury yoga mats, bolsters, and cozy blankets are thoughtfully provided to enhance comfort and support.
