A Practical Six-Week Meditation Course
for Everyday Life

Do you ever find yourself stuck in cycles of negative thinking, even when you want to let them go? In these meditation classes, we'll discover practical techniques to let go of negative minds and break free from self-limiting thoughts. These methods will empower us to cultivate an inner space of clarity and happiness, helping us become a more positive, confident, and resilient person.

Each session includes two guided meditations and a practical talk on a weekly topic, followed by time for Q&A. All classes are self-contained, so you are welcome to join at any time. No previous experience is required.

Teacher -
Rami Chamseddine

Rami teaches meditation with a very kind and warm heart, bringing deep enthusiasm for Buddhist practice to everything he shares. He loves supporting his students and enjoys making the teachings practical, accessible, and easy to apply in daily life. With a natural joy for sharing Dharma, Rami creates a relaxed and welcoming environment where students feel comfortable, inspired, and encouraged.
