You’ll be encouraged to move slowly, listen inward, and choose images and words that resonate with your body and intuition.

After creating your vision board, you’ll settle into a soothing sound meditation designed to help your nervous system soften and integrate your intentions. Sound supports regulation by signaling safety to the body, allowing the mind to quiet and the intentions you’ve set to land more deeply.
