Through slow, flowing movement, mindful breathing, simple meditation, and restorative self-care practices, you’ll learn how to calm your nervous system and build resilience to stress—so you’re not just relaxing in the moment, but developing tools you can return to again and again.
Tai Chi and Qi Gong help the body release tension, quiet the mind, and create a sense of steadiness and ease. Movements are accessible, done at a comfortable pace, and require no prior experience.
This workshop is less about “doing it right” and more about learning how to respond to stress with balance, presence, and calm.Time will be offered at the end for questions, reflection, and connection.
