Yin Series – a focus on supporting Yin postures with hands on assists

When we experience through our hands and our bodies, our mind learns new ways of comprehending the dynamic and intelligent shapes of yoga.

Each participant will be guided through the “how-to” of hands-on-assists in a variety of fundamental postures of yoga, allowing for a deeper understanding of the anatomy and energetics of each yoga shape (asana).

Join this workshop with a friend or partner, or come solo and we will happily pair you up with new friends to learn the art of hands-on assists!

Expect to both give and receive hands on adjustments.

This workshop will be educational, meditative and fun. Perfect for a Sunday afternoon.
