THE ART OF HANDBALANCE
The informations presented at this workshop will focus on the key points of the handstand and also differenr ways and technique to break through boredom when we feel lost.
It's designed for beginners who are able to hold at least a 20-30 seconds handstand face and back to wall.
In this workshop we will be exploring the following:
- the handstand explained in details along with its biomechanics;
- Detailed explanation of Positional drills and their importance;
- The Importance of being present and fully aware/focused when practising handstand and why that is crucial;
-How to stay light on your hands;
- Explore Fun games and ways of being upside-down;
- The kick;
- The bailout/exit;
- The straight handstand hold and basic shapes and sequences.
- How to breathe whilst being upside-down.
