This workshop is part of Mind the Gap Therapy’s Alignment Series, a self-development series designed to help individuals build direction, structure, and focus as they move into the new year.
This workshop is ideal for individuals seeking greater clarity, intentional living, goal direction, and practical tools for self-organization.

As part of our first series, The Alignment Lab, we’ll explore how to align your goals with your core values while mastering time management. Participants will gain actionable tools, reflective exercises, and practical strategies to create a life that feels purposeful, organized, and intentional.
