If you haven’t used our platform before, no worries! You’ll receive an email on the day of the event to create your profile. Rest assured, this app doesn’t require downloading to your phone. In case you haven’t received an email or sign up late, don’t panic! Our host will ensure you’re added upon arrival. Please remember to charge your phone to fully enjoy the experience.

Important Items to Note:
- Cancellations must be made 5 business days before the event for a credit. No refunds or credits will be issued for illness or last-minute cancellations, but tickets can be transferred to another person for the same event. A 2.9% + $0.30 processing fee applies for cancellations due to credit card transaction fees.
- If the event is cancelled by us, you may choose a full refund or credit. For weather-related cancellations, no refund will be issued, but a credit will be applied to a future event.
- Matches will be sent by 9 AM the following business day, with notifications sent via email/phone. Personal information like last names, emails, or phone numbers will not be exchanged through the platform.
- A 2-3 year flexibility is allowed for the age range.
- Please arrive on time. Late arrivals (15+ minutes) may forfeit their spot, with no refund or credit.
- To ensure receipt of event confirmations, please add @singleinthecity.ca to your safe list to avoid email issues.
