About this Event
In the era of artificial intelligence, when stories are reduced to patterns and predictions, this four-session creative writing workshop invites you to unlearn those patterns and write beyond identity, personal history, and a stable sense of self.
Together, we’ll read, write, discuss, and think through craft questions around time, dialogue, causality, voice, not knowing, and how language shapes us as much as we shape it.
This is a small, discussion-based workshop for writers at all levels. You’re welcome to bring a finished story under 5,000 words, fragmentary notes, or multiple excerpts.
The workshop meets on June 7, 14, 21, and 28, from 5–7:30 pm at Intrepid Bakers, NW5.
Places are limited to 12.
This is a paid workshop. Eventbrite is being used as a listing only. The fee is £248 for all four sessions. Full details and sign-up form here: https://bit.ly/thehumanstory
