With a background in cognitive science, philosophy, and product leadership at companies like Charlotte Tilbury Beauty and Transport for London, Sara brings a rare blend of technical insight and human empathy to AI design.

Large language models and other generative AI models are fed astonishing amounts of training data - and in some cases, they are then let loose with very little oversight.

• How has this mode of development evolved over the last few years, and where is it heading?
• How do we make sure that proliferating AI systems and tools remain true to our expectations and values as the humans of the world?
• How can this go wrong, and what are the processes we will need to have to control it?
