Recruiting Services Inc., a registered 501 (C)(3). After successfully getting my daughters into their top
choice colleges through basketball, I started this company with the goal of getting more youth into
college. We believe college is one of the most important steps in building a successful future, and
sports can be a powerful pathway to get there. Beyond just playing a game, sports teach valuable life
skills like discipline, teamwork, and perseverance, which are essential for success in both academics
and life. By combining their passion for sports with a strong focus on academics, On Impact Recruiting
Services is making college accessible for Ohio youth. In fact, since inception (2020) we have
successfully helped more than 200 students get into college totaling more than $5.6 million in athletic
scholarships.
We are reaching out to seek your support for an exciting opportunity to participate in the upcoming
3rd Annual Jr. High All Star Basketball Game taking place on Sunday, February 23rd at Western Hills
High School at 2144 Ferguson Road, Cincinnati, OH 45238. Doors will open at 12:00pm, with the first
competition beginning at 1:00 pm. This game will feature the area's top seventh and eighth grade
athletes. The competition is divided into multiple areas to showcase their abilities: beginning with the
skills challenge, three point contest, dunk contest, and concluding with the All Star games. Trophies
and medals will be awarded at the conclusion of each phase of the competition.
This competition will provide our youth with the chance to showcase their skills, build confidence, and
foster lifelong memories while representing our community. Last year we broke a record with an
attendance of just over 700 not including 130 student athletes! This year, we are positioned to grow
and teams have started forming. However, participating in such events comes with significant costs,
including registration fees, uniforms, marketing (including radio), referees, security, staffing, space
rental, and equipment. As a local business and valued community member, your sponsorship can
make a meaningful difference in helping our team reach its goals
