Monday’s coming up, which means it’s time for Tennent’s Laughter Lounge, a totally free weekly night of stand-up comedy featuring some of the best up-and-coming talent Scotland has to offer, plus some pros trying out new material. This week we have a guest host, the fantastic Kate Hammer, plus Matt MacDonald, two very special mystery guests with TV credits, and many more! Drinks deals for this month include selected pints and glasses for as little as £3.50!Your host for the evening will be the fantastic Kate Hammer. Anaemic, Canadian, and disgusting, Kate Hammer (BBC Short Stuff) has performed at Just for Laughs, opened for Karen Dunbar, and was a semi-finalist for LGBTQ Comedian of the Year and Funny Women 2022. A writer, performer, and all-round emotionally unavailable person, she is ready to be way too personal, wear high-waisted jeans, and make you laugh.

Interested in performing? Sign-up for each show opens from Tuesday the week before, message our FB page and 5 minute slots will be allocated on a mainly first come, first serve basis. Attempts to sign-up at the wrong time or via the wrong channels will be ignored.
Doors to the bar open at 5pm, doors to the comedy room downstairs open at 7pm.
