About this Event

Your body has been holding things. It has carried grief, stress, loss, and the weight of simply surviving in a world that rarely slows down long enough to ask how you are. Today we slow down.

Tend Yourself is a hands-on sensory workshop where participants will engage movement, sound, and scent as pathways back to the body — and leave with a personalized self-care kit built from the practices we explore together. Through gentle movement, aromatherapy, and sound healing, we will create space for the nervous system to exhale and the spirit to remember what rest feels like.

Come as you are. Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. Everything else will be provided.

Open to adults 18+. Space is limited — registration required.
