Join us for a 75-minute weekly yoga practice that brings together intentional movement, rest, and meditation. We’ll move at a thoughtful pace, allowing time to build warmth in the body while staying connected to breath and awareness. The second half of class invites deeper softening through restorative postures and meditation. This practice is designed to help you reset, awaken your inner light, and leave feeling grounded, open, and restored.
