Women's Circle to Come Home to Your Heart & Embodied Feminine Power
About this Event

What if the doorway to your deepest feminine power was simply learning how to listen to your body?

In a world that constantly pulls our attention outward, this women’s circle invites you to come home to the wisdom of your body. Through cacao ceremony, somatic awakening, and sisterhood, we create a space where emotional blockages can unwind and the feminine life force — Shakti — can flow again.

• Open your heart with ceremonial cacao
• Learn simple somatic tools to release emotional blockages
• Experience deep connection through sisterhood

A Somatic Awakening for the Feminine Body

You are invited into a sacred circle of women to explore the wisdom of your body.

This is a trauma-informed, consent-centered space designed to support women in reconnecting with their inner guidance, emotional flow, and life force energy.

Through ceremonial cacao, somatic awareness, gentle movement, and shared reflection, we will enter a journey of inward expansion.

What is Somatic Awakening?

The word somatic refers to the body.

But the body is more than a physical structure — it is a living field of sensation, emotion, and subtle energy.

When emotions or experiences are not fully processed, they can become stored in the body as tension, numbness, or energetic stagnation. These blockages often operate beneath the level of conscious awareness, shaping our behaviors, relationships, and sense of vitality.

When we bring loving awareness to these places in the body, something begins to shift.

With simple somatic tools and supportive presence, the body can begin to unwind these patterns naturally — allowing more flow, creativity, pleasure, and clarity to emerge.

Your body unfolds and releases at the pace of safety.

How Blockages Show Up in Women's Lives

Many of the challenges women experience are rooted in disconnection from the body's wisdom.

Over-giving
When a woman is disconnected from her own needs and desires, she may continually give her energy away to meet external expectations.

Silenced voice
When the voice center is blocked, it can be difficult to speak needs clearly or advocate for oneself.

Exhaustion
When a woman ignores the natural rhythms of her body, chronic stress and burnout can arise. The feminine body requires cycles of rest, nourishment, and renewal.

& many, many more . . .

Through somatic awareness, we begin to listen again to the body's signals and restore a more natural flow of life force.

What to Expect

This gathering is both an inward journey of self-exploration and a community cauldron of sisterhood, where women can discover that many of their struggles are shared.

The circle will include:

• An introduction to somatic tools for self-healing
• A ceremonial cacao opening
• Guided meditation and gentle somatic movement
• Deep body awareness practices
• Group reflection and shared insights
• Guidance for releasing stagnant emotional energy

As each woman shares what she is noticing in her body — whether sensations of ease, pleasure, constriction, or emotion — Dorothy will offer somatic guidance to support the release of blocked energy.

The intention is to help each woman learn tools she can carry into daily life to regulate her nervous system, move through emotions, and reconnect with her intuition.

The Power of Sisterhood

This circle is intentionally kept small and intimate.

When women gather in honest presence, something powerful happens. We begin to realize that we are more similar than different.

The circle becomes a space of reflection, support, and collective wisdom.

You are encouraged to bring a journal for personal reflection and insights.

Who This Circle Is For

This gathering is for women who:

• Want to reconnect with the wisdom of their body
• Desire to move through emotional blockages
• Feel called to awaken deeper feminine vitality and creativity
• Are curious about somatic healing practices
• Want to explore personal growth in a supportive community of women

No prior experience with somatic work or cacao ceremony is required.

About Cacao

We will open the circle with ceremonial cacao.

Cacao is a gentle plant ally traditionally used by the Mayan people to support heart opening, emotional connection, and spiritual awareness.

The cacao used in this circle is sourced from regenerative forests in the Suchitepéquez Mountains of Guatemala. It is grown by family farms from the Tz’utujil nations and hand-prepared by Kaqchikel women's collectives near Lake Atitlán.

Great care has been taken to source cacao that honors the land, the farmers, and the indigenous traditions that have stewarded this medicine for generations.

Dorothy has spent many years studying with Mayan communities and elders and has received the blessing to share cacao in ceremonial spaces.

What to Bring

• A journal
• Comfortable clothing for movement
• A water bottle
• An open heart

Safety & Consent

This circle is held as a trauma-informed and consent-centered space.

All practices are invitations, never requirements. Participants are always encouraged to move at their own pace and listen to the signals of their body.

Sharing is voluntary, and personal boundaries are honored at all times. Our intention is to create a supportive environment where women feel safe to explore their inner experience with curiosity, compassion, and respect.

About the Facilitator

Dorothy Morganna is a trauma-informed somatic guide and the founder of Heart Somatics, a practice devoted to helping people reconnect with the intelligence of their bodies and hearts.

Through somatic awareness and nervous system education, Dorothy supports individuals in gently unwinding emotional patterns and accessing deeper states of clarity, intuition, and vitality. Her work draws upon heart-coherence practices studied through the HeartMath Institute, where she has trained in the science of heart-centered awareness.

Dorothy’s original academic background is in environmental science and ecology, which informs her understanding of the deep interconnectedness between human beings and the natural world. She is also a co-founder of Cacao Source, a direct-trade ceremonial cacao company rooted in reciprocity with the Mayan communities and regenerative cacao forests around Lake Atitlán.

Dorothy has been facilitating ceremonial cacao spaces since 2018 and has received blessings from Mayan elders and wisdom keepers to share cacao in respectful ceremonial contexts.

Her work invites people to rediscover the body as a source of wisdom, healing, and connection to the heart.

Join the Circle

This circle is part of an evolving community of women exploring somatic healing, feminine wisdom, and heart-centered living.

If something in you feels curious, stirred, or quietly called to this space, trust that feeling. The body often recognizes what the mind has not yet put into words. This circle is an invitation to slow down, listen inwardly, and remember the wisdom that already lives within you. Come sit in sisterhood, open your heart with cacao, and allow your body to guide you back to the deeper rhythm of your life.

Spaces are intentionally limited to maintain the intimacy of the circle.
