Learn how to make professional level laminated doughs and use them to make three different classics croissants with us!
About this Event

In this class you'll spend a half day with us learning how to make, shape and bake beautiful laminated doughs. We'll make classic butter croissants, pain au chocolat, and twice baked almond croissants while showing you our techniques for getting the flakiest, most buttery and delicious pastries.

You'll be able to use the dough recipe for a variety of things in the future! You will go home with freshly baked pastries and croissant dough to practice at home! There will be a 20 minute break during class to enjoy lunch or a snack and drink in the neighborhood.

No refunds for this class, but you can give your ticket to a friend or family member if you cannot use it.
