✨ Techno Yoga | Grounding Elements with Visual Artist Will 🌎
Join us for a vibrant & dynamic Techno Yoga flow focusing on Grounding Elements with Visual Artist Will Zawistowski & Yoga Teacher Natasha Boye. Our first time having a Sunday series event! 🌱🧘🏽‍♀️🧘🌱
In these sessions of Techno Yoga, we will piece together digital and nature elements to tap into Grounding / Nature spaces. Through the art installation, the artist would like to bring to the audience's attention how such distant elements can come together in harmony to visually stimulate and awaken the practice. With the music to come from below us, tapping us into earth and ground, we are able to find a safe place to express ourselves & create peace 💛🌻

There will be THREE sessions held at Basement: Enghavevej 42 starting at 14:00, 15:30 & 17:00. (Please double check your ticket choice and the time when buying). The event is a combination of art and sound therapy and we explore our embodiment through a vinyasa practice, focused on the breath and the love of the breath. The music is curated by your host and artist Natasha, to fit the concept that we will be exploring together 🎼✨
Please bring your own mat to the space and be mindful of your own body. (if you happen to not own a mat, please write to me in advance & I will bring one for you!) This practice is for all levels of yoga! Everyone is welcome regardless of gender, expression, ethnicity, nationality, sexuality and so on. Entrance for 14:00 will open at 13:30, entrance for 15:30 will open at 15:05 & entrance for 17 will open at 16:35. We will come welcome you at the gate. Please arrive on time & remember to check which entrance you purchased!

An important part of yoga philosophy is karma yoga, where we give without expecting in return. For me, it is important to give beyond my events, therefore a portion of your ticket is going towards a charity fund. The charities range depending on the type of event, you're always welcome to ask me which charity this event will donate towards. Some organizations include: Cry India, Save The Children, The Black Youth Project, various LGBTQ+ organizations and Rainforest Trust.

Will Zawistowski (they/them) is a visual artist based in Copenhagen. Their practice consists of designing lights, designing 2D/3D motion visuals, VJ’ing alongside performing artists, and mapping projections on physical objects. Will’s work is a combination of abstract or minimalistic style, artist’s vision and event’s mission/purpose. Their work has been previously showcased at Copenhagen Contemporary, Roskilde Festival, Den Frie Undstilling, Vega, Planetarium and more. Natasha Boye (she/her/they) is an artist & yoga teacher, putting practices together to create immersive experiences for expression, creativity & peace. She has studied various subjects including psychology, art therapy, communication & has been an artist & a musician for most of her life. From the age of 12, she started practicing yoga & has given her a grounding root for her life. She has taught yoga now in 5 different countries and regularly teaches in both Copenhagen & Amsterdam. She collaborates with other artists and concepts & also teaches at festivals & recently taught yoga at Burning Man (US).
