join us for a casual sunset stroll along one of san diego's most beautiful coastlines. this is a no expectations, no pressure community meet up designed to help you disconnect from screens and reconnect with nature, yourself, and like-minded humans.

the details
we'll gather at the sunset cliffs national park sign at 6:30pm and hike within the park to catch the sunset. we'll start with some no pressure intros and pull some cards to bring intention and magic into the space. wear comfortable shoes and layers as it can get breezy. there's a parking lot in the park. bring water if you'd like!
no need to prepare anything - just show up as you are. this isn't a structured workshop or formal event - it's simply an opportunity for mental health movement and community connection.
