Ticket include: Access to exclusive Knightsbridge Clap members space, guided in-person exposure to tech & fintech firms actively looking for candidates, as well as limited welcome drink/snacks (1st come 1st serve).
Smart dress code required at entrance. No Sportswear or you will be refused entry.
We meet at quality venues in Mayfair, Knightsbridge and rooftops in the City during summer, including private members club. Yes by attending our events you are able to access the venues’ after parties and pool where present.

By purchasing a ticket to and/or attending this event, you (the “Attendee”) confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Assumption of Risk & Personal Responsibility
Attendance is entirely at your own risk. The Organiser, DowntownFlair Ltd, accepts no responsibility for any loss, injury, illness, damage, or harm sustained by you or your property, howsoever caused, including but not limited to accidents, personal injury, exposure to illness (including COVID-19), or theft.
2. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organiser, its directors, employees, contractors, partners, sponsors, and venue(s) shall not be liable for any:
• Direct or indirect loss or damage,
• Consequential, special, or punitive damages,
• Loss of enjoyment or anticipated benefit from the event.
This applies whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), statutory duty, or otherwise.
3. Third Parties & Venue Responsibility
Events may involve third-party suppliers (e.g., venues, caterers, security). The Organiser is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or negligence of any third party. Any claims relating to venue facilities, accessibility, or conduct of venue staff should be directed to the venue operator.
4. Event Changes, Force Majeure & Cancellation
The Organiser reserves the right to:
• Make reasonable alterations to the event (e.g., time, content, location);
• Cancel, reschedule, or terminate the event due to Force Majeure (including severe weather, strikes, government restrictions, acts of terrorism, pandemics, or any event beyond our control).
Where events are cancelled or rescheduled, the Organiser’s liability is limited to ticket price refund only (excluding booking fees or associated travel/accommodation costs), subject to applicable refund policy.
5. Conduct, Safety, and Ejection
The Organiser has a zero-tolerance policy for abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate behaviour.
We reserve the right to:
• Refuse entry to or eject any individual without refund,
• Remove individuals causing disruption, danger, or discomfort to others,
• Report serious incidents to authorities.
Attendees must comply with all security, health, and safety instructions on-site.
6. Post-Event Interaction & Dating Events DisclaimerFor events involving social networking, dating, or introductions between attendees:
• The Organiser acts solely as the facilitator of the event and does not conduct background checks, verify identities, or vet attendees.
• You are solely responsible for your interactions, both during and after the event.
• The Organiser disclaims all liability for any harm, dispute, or incident arising from continued contact between attendees after the event, including but not limited to harassment, stalking, assault, or emotional distress.
• If you experience inappropriate conduct during an event, please alert event staff immediately. For incidents occurring after the event, you should report the matter to the appropriate authorities.
By attending, you agree to take reasonable caution in your interactions and acknowledge that all post-event contact is at your own risk.
7. Media, Photography & Promotional Use
By entering the event space, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded by the Organiser or its authorised partners. These materials may be used for promotional or marketing purposes without compensation. If you do not wish to be filmed or photographed, please inform a member of staff upon arrival.
8. Health & Safety Compliance
All attendees must comply with current UK public health guidance and any additional safety measures in place at the event. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove attendees who fail to comply with safety protocols.
9. Age & Entry Requirements
It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to ensure they meet the advertised age or identification requirements. The Organiser is not responsible for denied entry due to failure to meet such conditions.
10. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with the event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
