About this Event
Teaming up with an AI Agent
What you will learn
This is the second of two sessions which looks at how to get AI to work for you. These sessions are booked individually, so you can attend both of them or one of them.
In this one, we will look at:
- Build on what you learned in Session 1 and learn what AI agents are
- Understand the main parts of an AI agent and how to use one
- Create your own simple agent to help with a common work task
- Know what tools and options are available, and where to explore next
In this hands-on session, Chris will guide you through AI fundamentals and Atlassian Rovo — an AI teammate built into the tools your organisation uses every day. No AI experience needed, no technical background required. You'll go from "What is AI, really?" to building your very own AI agent. Chris breaks the journey into clear chapters, keeps the energy high, and makes sure nobody gets left behind.
Meet your workshop leader:
Chris Davidson is on a mission to make AI feel approachable for everyone. As a Team Advocate at Atlassian, Chris specialises in taking the jargon and complexity out of new technology and replacing it with simple, practical steps anyone can follow.
