Join me for a monthly community Tea Ceremony! We will sit together for a meditative tea journey. What to expect:
We will sit together in stillness drinking tea together in meditation and quiet contemplation. Enjoy warm bowls of pu'er or a delicious red or purple tea. Each months tea offering will be different and unique, tailored for each season and theme.
Teas are caffeinated.
Wear loose comfortable clothing.
We will be sitting on the floor, feel free to bring extra cushions or blankets. If you need a chair please let me know.
