Running Community Meet up (Post-Run Meditation)

AMOP Post-Run Meditation Session

We meet right in front of Gaucho Grill in the parking lot- just look for the crew and good vibes! We will most likely be stretching in front of grey toyota corolla cross with trunk open.

Come be part of our running community! Whether you're brand new, getting back into it, or just looking for some company on the move, we meet every Sunday at 9am! We host weekly themed runs with no set pace, no pressure, and no required distance. Most people average 2–3 miles, but you’re free to do whatever feels right.

This week we’ve got a special post-run meditation by our very own member! Just bring a yoga mat or towel. All levels/experiences are welcome.

We’re just a group of folks who love to move and show up. Come find your rhythm, your people, and your pace. The start line is wherever you are.
