TBRI Caregiver Training- Winter 2024 AM Session (Virtual)

About this Event

Our Caregiver Training Series is an 25 hour course that will be offered virtually. You must attend all 8 sessions to receive your credit hours. They will run each consecutive Wednesday evening, from 7pm-10pm (MT).

This series offers an in-depth look into Trust Based Relational Intervention as outlined by the Karyn Purvis Institute of Child Development. TBRI is a holistic, attachment-based, evidence based, and trauma-informed intervention that is designed to meet the complex needs of vulnerable children. The TBRI caregiver training package is listed as a promising practice for Mental Health Prevention and Treatment.

The TBRI Caregiver Training offers training on 4 TBRI topics:

Introduction & Overview; a TBRI primer

Connecting Principles; addressing attachment needs

Empowering Principles; addressing physical needs

Correcting Principles; addressing fear-based behaviors

Once registration is complete you will be mailed a class manual and supplies. Upon completion you will receive a certificate for 25 CEU's.
