We sluiten seizoen IV (2024) af met het boek AFRICA RISEN: A NEW ERA OF SPECULATIVE FICTION van 32 verschillende auteurs vanuit Afrika en de Afrikaanse diaspora. Een centraal thema in het boek is Afro-Futurisme en wij hebben dit boek gekozen om het thema Afrika te comibineren met onze jaarlijkse genre/thema SFF (Sci-Fi/Fantasy, Speculative Fiction). Wij vragen onze lezers om in ieder geval minimaal 5 van de 32 short stories te lezen. Deze short stories zijn ongeveer 15 pagina’s per stuk.🌍
TBAB Book Club S04E011 is our finissage. Season IV (2024) comes to a close with AFRICA RISEN: A NEW ERA OF SPECULATIVE FICTION by 32 different authors out of Africa and the African diaspora. A central theme in the book is Afro-Futurism. We’ve selected this book to connect our recurring theme Africa to our annual genre/theme of SFF (Sci-Fi/Fantasy, Speculative Fiction). We ask our readers to read at a minimum of 5 out of the 32 short stories. These short stories are on average 15 pages each. 🌍
