About this Event
San Francisco’s June ballot has become a high-stakes referendum on how the city taxes its largest employers. Labor leaders say higher corporate taxes are needed to close a looming budget deficit and protect public services. Business leaders warn those same increases could push companies out of the city.
Hear directly from proponents of competing Propositions C and D to learn what's in the measures and why they may effectively cancel each other out.
The bottom line: San Francisco needs revenue. The question is how.
