Preparation for the Ceremony:
- Please refrain from drinking coffee or any other stimulants at least 3 hours before the ceremony.
- Dress comfortably: Wear loose clothing.
- Hydration: Drink plenty of water before and after the ceremony. Bring a water bottle with you.
