About this Event
The Tattva Bodha is a text written by Sri Adi Shankaracharya where he successfully summarizes the most important bits of the Upanishads. Its main purpose is to help us conceptualise the Soul and experience ourselves from that Truth, with the intent that we may free ourselves from trauma, unnecessary baggage, emotions and shift our perspective of life to an uplifting and nourishing one.
Workshop Highlights:

- De-construct the patterns through Shankara’s insights
- Shine a new light upon the patterns
- Re-enforce the new patterns
- Explore Vedantic Meditation Techniques to reenforce the patterns
Sessions will be a mix of pranayāma (breath work), meditation, light stretches and swadāya(study-reflection) on the Tattva Bodha
