Serving 10 small tasting portions (like tapas).

- Puff Puff (sweet Nigerian dough balls)
- Suya chicken or beef skewers (spiced grilled meat) with spicy peanut-seasoned

- Mini Jollof Rice (V) the ultimate West African rice dish With Chicken, Meat, Turkey or Fish
- Yam Porridge (Asaro) – comforting tomato & yam stew V

- Plantain With Pepper Sauce not too spicy (V) Also Option of Plantain pepper tomato sauce with gizzard
