🧘 Tashilouu’s Postnatal Yoga and Pilates 🧘
A fun afternoon of movement and mingling at the Notting Hill Club.
✨ What’s Happening:
Start with a gentle Mum & Baby workout session at 2:30pm, split in two groups:
👶 Yoga* with babies under 6 months
👶 Pilates* with babies over 6 months
(Pre-crawling babies are welcome to join the classes)
Then stay for a mingle with like-minded mums, share stories, and build your village. Enjoy goodies from Peanut, NordH Skin, Milk It cookies!

*You must be at least 6 weeks postpartum and have been cleared for exercise by your GP before participating in postnatal classes at Notting Hill Club.A photographer will be at this event to capture the morning for marketing purposes. If you would rather your/ or your child's image not to be taken please inform the host on arrival.
