Meet Mitchell, a wild man at heart, on his journey to uncover the voice of his soul. He has been learning authentic relating and healing practices for many years and is passionate about sharing them with the world. Some of the modalities he has picked up along the way include therapeutic yoga, focusing, non-violent communication, reiki, sacred sexuality, qi gong, and breathwork.
