Entry will not be permitted more than 15 minutes after the start, as we will have already covered the core group agreements and begun the session. Arriving on time is an act of respect for yourself, your fellow participants, and the energetic integrity of our co-created space. Honor the journey by being present from the beginning.

Atena Akrami, is a Tantra teacher, Embodiment and Intimacy Guide devoted to creating safe, transformative spaces where individuals can explore deeper connection with themselves, with others, and with life itself. Rooted in sacred tradition and informed by years of embodied practice, she leads immersive Tantra workshops that weave together ancient Vedic wisdom, somatic techniques, breathwork, and conscious communication. Her offerings are crafted to cultivate self-awareness, embodiment, and authentic intimacy.
With more than fourteen years of intensive study, initiations, and embodied practice, Atena carries a lineage-based foundation in classical Tantra. She was guru‑initiated into the Sri Vidya tradition from India, deepening her relationship with the sacred feminine goddess lineage and the non-dual teachings of Vedic Tantra. Her path also includes time in a monastery in Nepal undertaking Vipassana silent meditation courses, a two‑month immersion with Sadhguru, and certification as a Trauma‑Informed Tantra Facilitator with the London School of Tantra where classical Tantra and neo‑tantra meet modern somatic and Taoist energy work.
In early 2026, Atena returned to India to study under Yogiraj Gurunath Siddhanath, receiving his live transmission and initiation into Kriya Yoga at his ashram. These experiences continue to shape her approach, which is anchored in both sacred lineage and personal transformation.
Atena’s work guides individuals to reconnect with their inner wisdom, awaken their sensual life force, and embrace presence, pleasure, and playfulness as pathways to liberation. Her teaching invites a return to embodied truth where intimacy becomes a spiritual practice and every moment becomes an opportunity to meet life more fully.
