Raw chefs to newbies alike are all invited. This community is non-judgmental and welcoming.
THIS MONTH's THEME is Holiday Party Foods to share
Please bring a dish to share with at least 10 others that is plant based and UNCOOKED. Dehydration or even warmed is okay as long as it stays below 115 degrees f to keep the enzymes and vitamins alive.
Yes, it can be as simple as a fruit or green salad or if you feel like getting creative look up raw vegan recipes on YouTube for more ideas for fun RAW VEGAN Holiday ideas.
WE WILL HAVE A GIFT EXCHANGE -
Please bring an inexpensive item that is RAW FOOD related to swap.
Ideas: A favorite knife, a spiralizer, a tea infuser, a tool you no longer need because you have upgraded is great too. An herbal tea you made, a healthy vegan soap or candle you made, loofa you grew or even a plant are all fun and inexpensive ideas. Do NOT spend lots of money. The idea is to share tools and tips that have helped us along our raw health journey.
A suggested donation of $5 to help offset the cost of compostable dinnerware, outreach, and the cost of Meetup.
