Talking from the Centre: Unlocking the Heart of Your Speech - a workshop with actor and director Prasanna Puwanarajah
Tired of speeches that feel like a dry summary of thoughts? This workshop dives deep into finding the bee in your bonnet—that driving force behind your words—to make your speeches alive, urgent, and dynamic. Through a mix of practical, body-based techniques (beyond just verse dynamics), you’ll explore how to make your delivery sweat with energy and authenticity. Bring a speech you’re working on, and we’ll get hands-on to unlock its full impact.
