About this Event
Neuroinclusion is widely discussed, but rarely translated into real environments.
This session explores how we can use inclusive thinking to shape design decisions, support a range of needs, and create workplaces that work better for employees and businesses.
Hosted in collaboration with NeuroPlaces - a growing movement and exhibition focused on advancing neuroinclusive environments. This panel brings together perspectives from design and industry to move the conversation into action.
Chaired by Nathan Reuby – Founder of NeuroPlaces and curator of neuroinclusive design initiatives
Speakers include:
Ariane Sanders - Sonda Studio. A workplace designer specialising in sensory-led design.
Toby Harris - Sales Force – Workplace and organisational perspective on employee experience and performance
Ettie Bailey-King - founder of Fighting Talk Communications, bringing insight into people, culture, and how neuroinclusion is experienced and supported within organisations
