About this Event
This half day workshop is an opportunity for TA and HR leaders to network with their peers and industry experts to gain fresh perspectives and validate their strategies around some of the biggest issues facing their organisations. Our goal is to facilitate a productive morning of candid sharing and problem solving.
The specific themes we will be covering are:
- Insights into the state of the modern workforce
- How to attract and keep a workforce that is tech-heavy, skills-led and multigenerational.
- How to engage with the right people for hard to fill roles
- How are you removing barriers to jobseekers seeking better work
What steps are your organisations taking to connect with jobseekers around the topics of;
- Meaningful work and culture?
- Well-being, growth and recognition at work?
- Transparency through the hiring process?
Registration and morning coffee from 8:30 am. We will conclude with a delicious buffet lunch at 12.15 pm providing more opportunity for networking with your peers.
