Join us on 23 April for a special World Book Night edition of Tales On Tap, Sydenham Library's experiment with shared reading and craft beer.
As usual, we'll be gathering at Ignition Brewery's tap room on Sydenham Road to chat, recommend books and read to one another. Poetry, prose; comedy, tragedy; memoir, autofiction, the wildest and weirdest fantasy... as long as you've been enjoying it, we want to hear it. (And feel free to bring your own work.)
The twist: instead of having the pub to ourselves, we'll be in among the normal Thursday evening crowd. This is our chance to bring the good news of shared reading and Tales On Tap to the wider public.
Could be chaotic. Should be great fun. Soft drinks are of course available. Hopefully see you there!
