Talent Leaders London Workshop – Agents in Practice: From Use Case to Agent Design
About this Event

A practical, confidence‑building in‑person workshop for HR, TA and Workforce leaders.

AI agents are dominating industry conversations, yet in resourcing and workforce operations most leaders still struggle to articulate what they’d reliably delegate to one. This morning workshop is designed to give you the certainty and practical judgement you need. You’ll move from general interest to making clear, defensible calls about where agentic AI can genuinely strengthen HR, TA and workforce processes — and where it has no business being used.

We will explore how agents behave, how they integrate into human workflows, and what organisational safeguards must be in place before any deployment is considered.

The workshop is led by Khyati Pal, a transformation specialist with deep experience in operational design, data architecture and technology‑enabled change across recruitment and professional services. Over the last 18 months, she has immersed herself in agentic AI, building practical cross‑platform insight into how agents are constructed, governed and woven into day‑to‑day business activity.

By the end of the session, you will:

  • Have a clear, practical understanding of what an agent is — and what it is not

  • Be able to distinguish genuinely valuable agent use cases from unreliable automations

  • Break down real HR or TA work into discrete, safe components that agents can support

  • Shape a grounded agent concept linked to a real organisational challenge

  • Understand the data, architecture and governance conditions required before any build begins

If you have a real use case you’d like to explore, we’d love to work through it with you. Or you can jump in with one of our examples, like high‑volume recruitment, TA query handling, or common workforce operations scenarios.

If you’re done with vague claims, want sharper judgement, and are ready to lead agent‑related decisions with confidence, this in‑person workshop is made for you.
