School's out for vacation—but the reading doesn't have to stop! Join us for a special visit from the Companion Animal Program of Cape Cod (CAP), a beloved local organization celebrating 40 years of bringing therapy dogs to communities across the Cape. What is Tales to Tails?
Children can curl up with a gentle, certified therapy dog and practice reading aloud in a relaxed, judgment-free environment. Research shows that reading to animals helps kids build confidence and literacy skills—because dogs never correct pronunciation or rush you along. 📚🐶
But this isn't just for readers! Everyone is welcome! Whether you're looking for stress relief, canine cuddles, or just a friendly face (and floppy ears!). Tell your friends, tell your family, and join us on Friday, April 24th!
