Who is Lee Xirong?
A practitioner of martial arts since childhood, Lee's recent background has focused on Tai Chi, Qi Gong (Ba Duan Jin), and traditional Daoist sword techniques, teaching Tai Chi and Chinese sword forms at Shaolin Temple UK.
Lee is also passionate about philosophy, exploring themes within Taoism and Buddhism in particular. She's always up for a chat and a cuppa after class.
