Symposium: HEIs as Places for People

Join us for a project symposium exploring how higher education institutions (HEIs) campuses—particularly historic and heritage environments—can better support equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) through intentional, inclusive design and infrastructure. Led by Trinity College Dublin’s EDI Office and funded by the HEA EDI Fund, this collaborative project brings together partners from TU Dublin, University of Galway and RCSI. The symposium will share key learnings from site visits and project work since summer 2025, highlighting practical approaches to universal design and intersectional inclusion in higher education spaces.
