Discussion Topic: The Courage to Be Seen*Pride, masculinity, and the parts of ourselves we were taught to hide*
June carries a few themes that feel especially relevant to this community: Pride, visibility, identity, and men’s mental health.
For many of us, some part of who we are has had to live quietly at some point — our sexuality, our relationship structure, our desires, our vulnerability, our masculinity, our softness, our queerness, our hunger, our grief, our joy.
This month’s Symposium is a conversation about what it means to be seen more fully.
Not as a performance. Not as a declaration. Not as something anyone owes the world.
But as a question:
What parts of ourselves have we learned to hide?
What has it cost us?
What becomes possible when we are met with enough safety, courage, and community to bring more of ourselves forward?
We’ll explore how Pride relates not only to queer identity, but also to sexual authenticity, ENM/CNM, kink, masculinity, vulnerability, and the many ways people reclaim parts of themselves they were once taught to shrink or conceal.
This is not a debate, lecture, or therapy session. It’s a lightly facilitated, community-led conversation. Sharing is welcome; listening is participation.

Logistics & House Guidelines
• Enter through the North entrance - it leads directly to the dungeon and keeps the flow smooth.
• Please use the dungeon as the primary gathering space; the first floor is available briefly for viewing and restroom use.
• This is a National and Colorado landmark property: no smoking or vaping on the grounds. If needed, use the parking lot behind the mansion.
