Annual Meeting – Members Only
The Annual Meeting is coming up on Wednesday, April 15, 2026. Doors and check-in open at 6:00 PM in Stockholm Hall at the Swedish Club. The meeting will begin at 6:30 PM, with voting commencing at 6:45 PM. Refreshements will be available.
A general meeting will follow, providing an important forum for members to have their voices heard and contribute to key decisions shaping the Club’s future. An overview of the Swedish Club and the Swedish Club Foundation will also be shared.
Please note that your Swedish Club membership must have been active by March 17, 2026, in order to be eligible to vote.
Your in-person participation is essential—we must have a quorum of at least 50 members present to proceed with the vote on the proposed changes.
