Sustainability Staff Network: Nature Stories and Solutions

Following the official launch of the Sustainability Network, we’re delighted to invite you to our second official event on 18th February, 12:00-13:30 in T0.05 at Llandaff Campus. For this session, we want to experiment with a more intimate, collaborative space, designed to help us connect more meaningfully with one another.

After asking you to share your thoughts through our survey, some strong and consistent themes emerged. What stood out most is that sharing and collaboration was mentioned most often. Many of you told us that this is what would make the network truly valuable.

Because of this, nature felt like a natural starting point for our first gathering, something that connects us all and provides a gentle, shared focus. Nature Stories and Solutions is about getting to know one another better while connecting through our shared care for the world around us.

This event is open to anyone who is already part of the network or thinking about joining and you’re very welcome to bring a colleague along.

The session will be lightly structured, with an element of surprise, but you can expect:

• A brief external speaker contribution to spark ideas and reflection
• Bite-sized moments to share thoughts, suggestions, and experiences
• Plenty of space conversations whilst enjoying some refreshments

The goal is simple: for you to leave feeling more connected, to the network, to each other, and to the ideas and possibilities that can grow when we collaborate.
