It will take place on Wednesday 29th April 6-8pm at the Sero offices, Womanby Street, Cardiff.
Speakers:
- Rachel Rawlings, Head of Product - Product Is a Power Position: Influencing Tech Without Writing Code
This would focus on what product leadership really looks like in technical and regulated environments, and how product shapes outcomes without necessarily being the loudest voice in the room. - Karen Whiting - COO from Cansense (med tech start up for early diagnosis of cancer) who will be talking about her journey and what she has learned over 28 years in life science
- Maria Bana - Lead Design Engineer talking about inclusive management styles within STEM
- Eleanor Deal - Software Engineering Manager at Cloudstrike speaking about 'AI Traps to avoid while job hunting as a women in STEM'
