In this week long class you will learn the four basic needs and all the skills you need to survive in nature without any tools such as food, drinks, sleeping bag, knife, tent, or lighter. You will learn to satisfy your needs in and with nature without exploiting it. Together, we will experience nature and you will learn to rebuild a strong connection to our earth. In the process, you will see that it provides us with everything we need to thrive.
Survival skills are also used as a tool to help you get to know yourself better and apply what you have learned in everyday life. You will thus also be prepared for "survival situations" in everyday life and learn how to respond better to challenges with other people and at work.
This newly gained confidence will allow you to appear more self-assured and focused, even in stressful situations and under great pressure.
Course content includes
Shelter: How do I build a shelter that will keep me warm and dry even in rain or sub-zero temperatures?
Fire: How can I light a fire using only materials found in nature?
Water: How and where can I find drinking water, and how can I purify it?
Food: How can I find food and how do I prepare it?
Other topics: We will also cover many other topics, such as community living, trap building, containers and natural tools, and much, much more.
