About this Event
Are you a Black or South Asian parent who has experienced the loss of a baby? Would you like to connect with other bereaved parents from your community, whether they lost their babies recently or some time ago?
We are pleased to announce that we are holding an intimate event dedicated to Black and South Asian parents who have faced baby loss. This event aims to highlight inequalities in loss, amplify 'the parent voice,' and help shape our efforts to better support bereaved families and save babies' lives.

Time: 10:30am-5:00pm
Join us for a day of connection and support, where you can speak with other bereaved parents, learn about Sands and our work to improve bereavement support and maternity outcomes and find out how you can get involved. We will also take time to remember our much-loved babies.
This is a free event with a networking lunch (we'll be in touch nearer the time via email to confirm your attendance and to discuss dietary requirements). Please note that numbers are limited to 50 places.

Please note – a professional photographer, who is herself a bereaved parent, will be attending to capture the event through her lens, ensuring the images reflect the significance of the day. We will be gathering photograph permissions on the day.
