This is a safe, supportive space for International Mums living in Iceland in their first year after giving birth who: feel tired, burned out, or lonelyhave a sense that motherhood feels overwhelming
are struggling with difficult emotions, especially during the winter months, with limited sunlight and challenging weather
🤍 We especially welcome pregnant women (!) and mothers who are experiencing postpartum depression or who suspect they may be struggling with depression — an official diagnosis is not required.
👶 You are welcome to attend the meetings together with your children.
📅 Meetings take place regularly on Saturdays on the following dates:
January 10 – 16.30
January 17 – 16.30
January 24 – 12.30
February 7 – 12.30
February 28 – 12.30
March 14 – 16.30
March 28 – 12.30
April 11 – 12.30
⏱ Meeting duration: 1–1.5 hours
🔓 The group is open — you can join at any time, no registration required. Groups are free of charge
