Soulflow is brought to life by three soul aligned artists and facilitators who weave movement, music and healing presence into a powerful embodied experience. You can join us for an immersive evening of movement, music and inner connection. Soulflow is a guided journey inward, an invitation to move, feel and to return to the natural wisdom of your body.
Together we will explore organic movement, live sound made on the spot and deep presence. No choreography, no performance, just you, your breath, your body and the unfolding moment. You will be wearing headphones during the journey so we have limited spots available and can welcome 15 souls into this flow: Soul Flow - Conscious movement journey.

Tom Allon is a multi-instrumentalist, creative catalyst and intuitive musician who creates soundscapes that responds to the energy in the room. With his organic instruments, rhythms and grounding presence, he tunes the space into resonance and flow, supporting each participant´s journey through a transformative inner experience. Sif Yraola is a mirror of your souls remembering with a voice that carries both tenderness and power, she invites others into deep presence, where movement becomes prayer and silence becomes a song. She works as a healer and soul therapist and gently leads participants back to the wisdom of their bodies and the truth of the moment (www.homeofgaia.com).
Elsa Rós moves through the world as a bridge between the visible and the invisible, the grounded and the ethereal and has deep love for movement. When she guides, it comes from an honest, embodied place, never forced and always real. Her passion is to help others connect with the natural intelligence of their bodies through intuitive movement.
