About this Event

This event is a Part of Good to Be Green Months at The Bay (March & April)

Performance coach Mel Branta will help you unlock tension, boost your range of motion, and support pain-free movement. This class utilizes Ultimate Human Performance methodology to reinforce muscle length, melt away tightness, prevent injury, and leave you feeling loose, light, and energized.
